How we proceed

  1. You send a written inquiry — company, phone number, quantity, grade or specification, application.
  2. We screen it: business to business only. Incomplete or irrelevant inquiries are not forwarded — too many frauds, too much wasted time. We are deliberately selective: a handful of serious B2B inquiries matters more to us than volume.
  3. Relevant inquiries go directly to the operating company holding the material in custody — no brokers, direct to direct.
  4. You receive a written answer, usually within one business day.
  5. If your inquiry passes screening and is of interest, we phone you directly to take it forward — qualified buyers get a call, not a form letter.

Send a written inquiry

Serious trade inquiries only. Write from your company address and state quantity, form and application.

Inquiries start in writing so grades and quantities stay documented. There is no phone desk at intake; qualified buyers are called directly once the inquiry passes screening.

What 5N and 6N mean

What these grades denote in general, and what to state in your inquiry. Trace limits, analytical methods and handling guidance are explained on the grade pages; the figures that apply to an actual lot are confirmed in writing.

ParameterDefinition
Purity — 6N≥ 99.9999% (6N), metals basis
Purity — 5N≥ 99.999% (5N), metals basis
Alkalis (Na, K)Trace-limited at 6N — limits confirmed per lot
Alpha emitters (U, Th)Trace-limited at 6N — limits confirmed per lot
OxygenNot covered by a metals-basis figure — reported separately

High-security bonded storage — Zurich Airport

Stock is held in high-security warehouses inside the free-trade zone at Zurich Airport, under customs supervision and monitored by dedicated security personnel. No import duties or VAT are charged while material stays in bond, access can be arranged by appointment, and quantities are not a constraint.

Logistics — air, sea, land and express

Located directly at the airport, stock is checked in and dispatched quickly. Air freight, overseas shipping, land transport and express deliveries are organised in-house, with customs routing matched to your situation.

Documentation you can audit

Lot documentation — certificate of analysis, custody and inspection paperwork, safety data sheet and customs documents — exists for the material, and its exact scope is confirmed for your lot in writing. Nothing is published here and nothing is sent at first contact; documents are shared after screening, company to company, under confidentiality.

Why the grade has to be verified per lot

At five and six nines, the grade is decided by trace elements and by surface oxide rather than by the headline percentage. That is why we state no fixed trace table here: the certificate that applies to the specific lot is what counts, and it is confirmed against your specification in writing.

Screening before anything else

This site is run by a filtering company, not a broker. Complete, relevant business inquiries are passed direct to the operating company that holds the material; incomplete or irrelevant ones are not forwarded. We are deliberately selective — a handful of serious B2B inquiries matters more to us than volume.

How we work

  1. You send a written inquiry with quantity, form and application.
  2. We screen it for completeness and relevance; relevant inquiries go direct to the company holding the material.
  3. You get a written answer on availability, specification and documentation — and a call once the inquiry is qualified.

Documentation & custody proof

Every lot is backed by a complete documentation package held by the operating company: a non-negotiable safekeeping receipt and custody confirmation issued jointly with a bank and an independent inspection body, full lot identification with quantity and storage location, an independent laboratory certificate of analysis for the lot (for copper powder, depending on grade, in the 5N5–6N range), a technical evaluation of the material, and the legal existence documents of the holding company.

These documents are not published and are never sent on first contact. Once your inquiry has passed screening, the relevant documents are shared directly, company to company, under confidentiality.

Business to business only — every inquiry is screened

This site is run by a filtering company, not a broker. The material is held under custody by the operating company we work with, and we forward only complete, relevant business inquiries directly to that company — no brokers, no intermediaries, direct to direct. If an inquiry is not relevant or is missing essential information, it is not forwarded. Too many frauds, too much wasted time: the screening exists so that serious buyers get a serious answer.

Frequently asked questions

Should I specify 5N or 6N copper powder?
The grades differ in how tightly trace elements — notably alkalis and alpha emitters — are limited. State your application and specification, and you get a written answer on which grade fits and what is available.
What quantities can I ask about?
From qualification quantities for process trials up to recurring production volumes — quantity is not a limiting factor. The specification applying to your lot is confirmed in writing.
Which analysis applies at these grades?
Industry practice at 5N and above is GDMS trace scanning alongside ICP-MS, with a separate oxygen determination, since oxygen is not covered by a metals-basis figure. The analysis actually supplied with a lot is confirmed in writing.
Do I pay import duties or VAT?
Not while the material remains in bonded storage. Duties and VAT become due only when goods are cleared into free circulation in the destination country, so the customs position depends on your delivery terms.
Can you match an existing 6N specification?
Send your internal specification or the datasheet you are comparing against, and you get a written answer, element by element — including a clear no when a lot does not match it.
Can I call you?
Inquiries start in writing, with no phone desk at intake, so grades and commitments stay documented. Once your inquiry passes screening, qualified buyers are called directly.
How is shipping handled?
Shipment, packaging and customs routing are arranged with the company holding the material, matched to your delivery terms and to the oxygen sensitivity of the grade concerned.

Other materials on request

Copper powder and nickel wire are our focus, but we also handle inquiries for other high-purity metals and materials through the companies we work with. Send your request with material, specification and quantity: we screen it the same way and, if it is relevant, forward it direct to the operating company holding the material — no brokers, direct to direct.
